John T. Howe practices from our Grand Junction headquarters. John has been with our firm since 1991. John has extensive experience in real estate transactional matters, including due diligence, title review, conveyance and leasing of real estate, water rights and easements, and real estate development. John also has significant experience in complex business transactions, including asset purchase and sale transactions. John’s practice involves health law, including representation of managed care entities, employers and health care providers.
In particular, John has extensive experience in member contracting, mandated benefits and regulatory compliance, health savings accounts, and self-funded health benefits. John is also experienced in water rights litigation, including adjudication of water rights, augmentation plans, change cases, administrative enforcement actions, and abandonment matters. John has additional expertise working with water organizations, particularly mutual ditch companies.
